Our Return's Policy
If you want to return or exchange the products received, you can, as long as we receive them back at one of our outlets within 7 days from the date of delivery in an unopened, re-sellable condition and with proof of purchase. We do not offer cash back, but a credit note will be issued.
We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on the following products due to health and hygiene reasons: Adult and childrens costumes, costume accessories, hats, wigs, hosiery, contact lenses, make-up, hairsprays, latex balloons and confectionary items.
If you wish to discuss returning any items, please contact our team within 7 days via Facebook, Instagram or by calling.
What happens if you receive a damaged item or items in your order are missing/incorrect?
We're so sorry if there's an incorrect or missing item/s from your order, we don't do it on purpose, honestly! Please contact us straight away so we can solve the issue as soon as possible for you.
In the unfortunate case that one or more of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately.
In the case of damages on the following non-returnable items; Adult and Childrens costumes, costume accessories, hats, wigs, hosiery, contact lenses, make-up, hairsprays, latex balloons and confectionary items, we can only accept these items back if you contact us on the day of delivery of the faulty item & if they are returned within 2 days of receiving the item. Otherwise we will not be able to accept these items as a return but can only offer a discount on the item or your next purchase.
